Coaching does indeed take a leap of faith. I will help you make the leap so that it feels like both an exciting adventure and a soft landing.

I work in two ways. Firstly, I am a personal, professional and executive coach. Secondly, I work creating personally curated leadership development programs for a variety of clients. A strong coaching focus of mine is working with women moving into executive roles, however I also work with a large variety of people who are looking for a transformation of some kind - personal or professional.

Outside of coaching individuals, I also create Leadership Development Programs and do interim Learning and Development leadership for large corporates and small business alike. I do this either alone with clients or working as part of a team within an organisation.

I rely on my values of Integrity and Compassion to understand my clients or the piece of work I am asked to complete. I am really strong in my principles and beliefs and a mutually positive outcome is what drives me to be the best version of myself I can be.

Transformational Coaching

Transformational Coaching is about helping people get from where they are to where they want to be - from the As Is towards the To Be. Transformational Coaching is about listening, observing, reflecting back what has been shared and challenging thinking. For me it’s about holding a space for you as a client to be heard and in that listening space, to allow you to hear yourself.
In our time together, we will explore your life views and your relationships, including and most importantly for me, the view you have of yourself. As a Transformational Coach, I can help you improve your self-awareness and begin to think of yourself differently. In everything I do, I put self-compassion and kindness above all else and teach you how you can do the same. I believe we don’t need to keep beating ourselves up to achieve our goals. There is a different way - so I focus on self-kindness and self-compassion. I also know that this focus is not in lieu of high performance and achieving business objectives. They are not mutually exclusive.

Leadership Development

I work with corporate clients creating bespoke Leadership Development programs. I work with companies creating self-awareness about people led leadership development. I help focus on the purpose of the team and then work with the team to develop some more finely tuned leadership skills.

I also work with clients reviewing their leaders needs; assessing them via Hogan Psychometric Assessments or the GC Index Assessment or via in-house 360 degree feedback reports and coaching. The duration of the program depends on the needs of the people and the business. My skills here are based on working with C-Suite executive teams in areas of coaching and leadership development. The two pieces of work may start and finish in a different way, but the outcome is the same. Success within teams, greater self-awareness and a stronger sense of purpose. In all the work I do, my focuses are kindness, self-compassion, inclusion and diversity.
