Sharon Clews. Transformational Coach

Sharon Clews. Transformational Coach

I have been coaching people for over 15 years and have within the past 2 years formalised my experience with an accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching. Coaching is a wonderful experience not just for the people in it, but for me as well. I get so much out of helping my clients grow and change. I learn just as much from them as they do from me. Helping people achieve or unravel makes my heart sing. I have been told I can see the journey a client wants to go on and I help them get there. That’s my aim, to take people on a journey and help them unfold.

I have lived in London for almost 13 years. I am half Australian, half Maltese. I really wanted to experience life in the Northern Hemisphere far away from all that was familiar and comfortable to me, to push me outside my comfort zone. I have certainly done that and more in the last decade or so. I have worked with and met many wonderful people and have had the extreme good fortune to meet skilled and talented people in the shape of coaches, therapists and genuine people leaders - all who have shaped who I am and how I work. I have made a glorious bounty of friends here too in that time.

Whilst I spend my time coaching, I also work doing Leadership Development work and have done many interim contracting roles with some great brands. I am fortunate enough to carry my coaching approach and style into this work also.

In my spare time I keep fit with cycling, running and yoga, I entertain only myself playing guitar and piano at ultra amateur level. I love walking and running barefoot, taking cold showers for resilience and mental health, eating clean food and doing anything that makes me laugh. I am a total book nerd and have many opinions on plenty of things, which you can read about on my blog. I really look forward to working with as many diverse people as I can. Please feel free to contact me directly and ask any questions you may have.

my approach

It’s essential that there is a positive rapport and connection with my clients. I love to get to know you and I will share my relevant experience too. My approach is based first and foremost on working with what you bring, on having you believe in the strengths you come with and helping you finesse any areas of development you may have. I have a focus on kindness and self-compassion - because I believe we can always be kinder to ourselves.
